Question by Mustang: Which is a better quality dog food? Eagle Pack Holistic, Natural Balance, or Avoderm?
And which one of these dog foods produces the least stool volume?

My dog currently eats beneful, its the only brand he has eaten and I want to change his food to something more healthy. He does throw up every once in a while due to him not being able to digest some of the ingredients properly. I read that beneful, pedigree, the more “well known” dog foods contain ingredients that isn’t necessarily healthy and that they are just to used as fillers. I was thinking about switching his food to Karma organic or any of these on this website – http://www.naturapet.com/. Any thoughts or other recommendations?

What i want to know is before these foods like innova, california natural, merrick, orijen, wellness, and so on, before these ever came about which is true they werent around since forever/whatever, what did you feed your dogs? And how well did they do on the foods?
Im curious because i was just looking at reviews, and its seems to me that most of the ones that bash foods are just copy and pasting and plagiarizing.
I know these foods wernt always around, these a fairly new foods. I want honest answers no lying, and i can tell when someone is lying even online.
Im not here to start any fights, this is a legitimate question that deserves respect and true answers. On that note answer away.
i agree with you tulip about that site but my basis is solely on the fact that lots of that stuff is plagiarized

We recently got a Springer Spaniel, she’s absolutely beautiful and I love her dearly. We want to know what the best food for her is and what will keep her coat nice and shiny. She doesn’t really care for dry food so we’ve been mixing dry and canned. Currently she’s on science diet but my boyfriend thinks there’s much better food for her out there. Any suggestions??

Question by nalznkoz: suggestions for all natural / organic / holistic food for my dog and cats?
I heard that it’s much better for my dog and cats to be eating all natural foods, but I can’t remember the name of the brand that was recommended to me. I want to switch all my animals (two cats and a dog) over to natural food slowly – first by mixing the two (old and new), then by moving over to only the natural food. The only problem is that I don’t know the best kind of all natural cat and dog food to try. Any suggestions or info? Thanks a million for anything. I’m not sure where to start.

I’m looking for a top quality 100% natural pre-mix dog food. I have previously used Dr. Harvey’s, but would like to try another just for comparison. I don’t mean a dry or canned food. Something that you mix with water, and cook yourself.

chicken, rice, and frozen veggies.. my mom uses steamed rice with boiled chicken in it , and adds frozen beans or pea’s or carrots to it ,, bulky, filling , and good for them ..
